WisDOT's truly horrid public hearing process

It's a public hearing, as long as you don't want to hear the public testimony.

Testimony behind closed doors, with employees posted to keep you out.

This is just wrong.

At the hearing on Wednesday, across the street from the Airport, it was amazing to see the number of people there with Wis DOT name tags. Bushalackey and Jambois must really be pushing this project.

At first, when in the parking lot at the hotel, I thought I was at some kind of SUV convention, when parking my little Toyota.

The DOT people should register as lobbyists. They put on quite the dog and pony show, shilling for the road construction cabal---
the politicans, burocrats, unions. amd construction companies.
