Ch2M Hill, an engineering firm, assures us that dumping thousands of lead bullets into the Great Lakes, as the Coast Guard would like to do, poses no threat to human or aquatic life.
In fiscal 2005, CH2M Hill held $931.8 million in federal contracts, according to fedspending.org.
