Oh, moan, wail and gnashing of teeth over the state of tv news in this town (aside from the Gousha bombshell). A Channel 12 reporter said this morning that a motion hearing in court is when the 'defendant tries to do a plea bargain.'
Not sure I got the quote exactly right, but it's what she said.
And, of course, her definition is flat-out wrong. Too many TV reporters in this town don't even try to get it right, and their management just doesn't seem to care.
